About The Role

• Execute daily social media activities across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• Create and schedule content including posts, stories, reels, carousels, and short-form videos.
• Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
• Conduct basic audience and competitor research to support campaigns.
• Assist in running paid promotions (boosting posts, setting up small ad campaigns under guidance).
• Track engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, reach) and prepare simple weekly/monthly reports.
• Coordinate with design/content teams to ensure timely delivery of creatives.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of proven experience in managing professional social media accounts.
• Strong understanding of popular social media platforms and how to create engaging content for each.
• Basic knowledge of social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite).
• Good copywriting skills for captions, hashtags, and short content.
• Ability to create or coordinate simple graphics and short videos (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
