We are seeking a Business Developer with proven expertise in the Finance & Accounting Outsourcing industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing niche clients while leveraging strong knowledge of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and Unique Selling Propositions (USP). The role focuses on building long-term partnerships with CAS Consulting firms, CPA practices, and Real Estate Accounting firms.
• Identify, prospect, and engage niche clients in the U.S. Finance & Accounting outsourcing market.
• Develop and implement strategies to connect with CAS/CPA firms and Real Estate Accounting firms.
• Understand and communicate MQO Solutions’ ICP and USP to potential clients.
• Build a strong referral and networking base to generate quality leads in the U.S. market.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company goals.
• Proven experience in Finance & Accounting Outsourcing business development.
• Strong understanding of CAS Consulting, CPA firms, and Real Estate Accounting practices.
• Ability to identify and match Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) with company offerings.
• Established influence and network in the U.S. market (mandatory).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
