What You’ll Do

• Own recruiting execution for assigned searches (sourcing → outreach → screening → shortlist)
• Recruit across biotech/pharma functions, including scientific, clinical, regulatory, quality, and leadership
• Identify real seniority and scope (program ownership, decision-making, leadership) — not keyword matching
• Deliver a

  small number of high-quality candidates

  with clear screening notes
• Operate independently, communicate clearly, and work fast without sacrificing quality

Requirements (Senior-Level Only)

• 7–10+ years

  recruiting experience in

  biotech/pharma/life sciences

• Strong track record recruiting

  senior-level roles

  (Manager/Director/Head/VP, PhD-level when relevant)
• Deep familiarity with biotech/pharma organizations, titles, and hiring workflows
• Excellent sourcing and outreach skills (cold outreach + network-based recruiting)
• High-quality screening ability (can quickly identify true fit vs inflated resumes)
• Professional communication and reliability (this is client-facing work)

Good to Have

• Agency and/or in-house biotech recruiting background
• Experience recruiting in both

  U.S. and India

  markets (or global searches)
• CRO exposure (helpful but not required)
