Full-Time | Remote (India) | Shift: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST F5 Hiring Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to lead hiring efforts for India-based engineering and construction talent for U.S. clients. This role requires deep expertise in technical recruitment, strong communication assessment skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality candidates consistently. Role Overview You will manage the full recruitment cycle for engineering, construction, architecture, drafting, interior design, and façade roles. The recruiter must be able to understand technical depth, challenge unclear job requirements, and evaluate both technical ability and communication skills with precision. Key Responsibilities Technical & JD Understanding Interpret and refine technical job requirements across engineering, construction, architecture, drafting, interior design, and façade roles. Review and clarify role briefs in ClickUp and ensure alignment with U.S. client expectations. Challenge unclear job descriptions and ensure complete, accurate requirements before sourcing. Sourcing & Screening Source India-based candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and domain-specific platforms. Conduct technical screening to validate real experience with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, MEP, Civil/Structural/Electrical/Mechanical engineering tools, façade systems, and interior design workflows. Rigorously evaluate communication skills including clarity, fluency, thought process, and client-facing readiness. Assess logic, personality fit, cultural alignment, salary expectations, and shift compatibility. Shortlist only candidates who meet high standards; reject weak or misaligned profiles proactively. Process Ownership Maintain structured recruitment trackers and upload complete profiles into ClickUp. Coordinate interviews with U.S. clients and handle feedback loops and follow-ups. Manage offer discussions, documentation, and pre-joining engagement. Document all communication, status updates, and candidate progress clearly and consistently. Collaboration & Improvement Share market insights, sourcing challenges, and role complexities with the internal team. Work closely with Client Success to improve shortlisting quality, timelines, and hiring precision. Identify gaps early and propose process improvements. Requirements 8+ years of experience recruiting India-based candidates for U.S. or international markets. Proven hiring experience in: Engineering (MEP, Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical) Architecture and Drafting (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM) Interior Design Façade / Building Envelope Strong understanding of engineering workflows, drafting tools, and industry terminology. Demonstrated ability to assess real technical depth beyond resume keywords. Exceptional English communication and the ability to evaluate candidate communication skills accurately. Experience managing multiple complex technical roles simultaneously. Proficiency with Naukri.com, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Drive, Excel/Sheets, and ClickUp (or similar ATS/PM tools). Ability to work the 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST shift. Preferred Skills Experience recruiting for U.S. staffing firms or offshore hiring models. Familiarity with MEP, BIM, construction drafting, or façade engineering workflows. Strong negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder management abilities. A mindset focused on quality, ownership, and accountability. Success Metrics High client shortlisting rate from submitted profiles. Strong interview-to-offer conversion.
