Role : Freelance Product Manager


Freelance Product Manager


What You’ll Do

  • Drive the

    0→1 product journey

    — from discovery to MVP launch
  • Work directly with the

    Head of Engineering

    to define specs, sprint plans, and technical priorities
  • Manage and collaborate with the

    Product Designer

    to deliver world-class UX/UI
  • Translate business goals into clear product requirements and user stories
  • Conduct competitive research and align the product for

    global markets

  • Ensure fast, iterative development cycles and on-time delivery


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–7+ years

    of Product Management experience
  • Proven experience building

    SaaS products

    (global experience is a big plus)

  • AI product experience

    is nice to have, but not mandatory
  • Experience with

    HRTech

    platforms is a plus
  • Strong understanding of 0→1 product execution and MVP mindset
  • Ability to work with engineering and design teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, clarity, and structured thinking
