Freelance Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging visual assets (presentations, digital content, marketing collaterals, reports, etc.) aligned with brand identity.
• Adapt and refine existing design templates for consistency and usability.
• Collaborate with the marketing/product/communications team to translate requirements into impactful designs.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for digital and print usage.
• Deliver within agreed timelines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a graphic/visual/communication designer (portfolio required).
• Strong proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva.
• Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout principles.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple deliverables.
• Prior freelance or short-term project experience preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for social media and digital campaigns.
• Familiarity with motion graphics or simple video editing.

Engagement

• Contract duration: 4–5 weeks.
• Expected workload: 10–15 hours per week (flexible).
• Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
