Role Description

We are seeking a Freelance Fashion Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop streetwear apparel collections (tees, hoodies, outerwear, accessories) from concept to production-ready files.
• Create unique graphics, prints, and patterns tailored to Fuse’s design identity.
• Work extensively with 

  Adobe Illustrator

   and other design tools to produce high-quality, precise tech packs.
• Collaborate with the creative and production teams to translate ideas into sustainable, market-ready designs.
• Stay on top of streetwear trends, youth culture, and sustainability practices to keep Fuse ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a 

  Fashion Designer in streetwear

   (highly preferred).
• Expertise in 

  Adobe Illustrator

  ; proficiency in Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite tools is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of 

  garment construction, fabrics, and print techniques

  .
• Experience creating detailed 

  tech packs and production specifications

  .
• Ability to design with both creativity and functionality, balancing innovation with wearability.
• Strong portfolio showcasing 

  streetwear designs and graphics

  .
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of sustainable fashion practices is an added advantage.
• Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory with the right experience.
