Role Description We are seeking a Freelance Fashion Designer with a strong background in streetwear design . This is a remote freelance role where you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing fashion collections that align with Fuse’s bold aesthetic and eco-friendly values. You will collaborate closely with the creative team to develop innovative silhouettes, graphics, and patterns that set Fuse apart in the streetwear space. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, cultural awareness, and an understanding of streetwear’s evolving landscape. Key Responsibilities Design and develop streetwear apparel collections (tees, hoodies, outerwear, accessories) from concept to production-ready files. Create unique graphics, prints, and patterns tailored to Fuse’s design identity. Work extensively with Adobe Illustrator and other design tools to produce high-quality, precise tech packs. Collaborate with the creative and production teams to translate ideas into sustainable, market-ready designs. Stay on top of streetwear trends, youth culture, and sustainability practices to keep Fuse ahead of the curve. Qualifications Proven experience as a Fashion Designer in streetwear (highly preferred). Expertise in Adobe Illustrator ; proficiency in Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite tools is a strong plus. Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and print techniques . Experience creating detailed tech packs and production specifications . Ability to design with both creativity and functionality, balancing innovation with wearability. Strong portfolio showcasing streetwear designs and graphics . Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of sustainable fashion practices is an added advantage. Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory with the right experience.
