Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Fashion Designer to design clothing collections that will move into production under our brands. The designer should have a strong sense of style, understanding of current trends, and technical knowledge to create production-ready designs.

You will collaborate with our internal team to conceptualize, design, and finalize apparel pieces that align with our brand identity and target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop concepts, themes, and mood boards for new collections.
• Create detailed sketches, CADs, and tech packs for production.
• Select fabrics, trims, and colors suitable for the brand aesthetic.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and ready for manufacturing.
• Revise designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of final outputs.
• Stay updated with market trends, fabrics, and innovations in fashion.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a fashion designer (portfolio required).
• Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and production techniques.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop or any design software.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in menswear, streetwear, or premium casual apparel.
• Knowledge of fabric and technical documentation for production.
• Previous work with export houses or D2C brands is an advantage.
