Content Strategy & Planning

• Develop engaging content ideas aligned with brand objectives, target audience, and current trends.
• Plan monthly content calendars for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct audience and competitor research to identify content opportunities.

Content Production

• Create high-quality content including reels, videos, photos, graphics, blogs, and ad creatives.
• Script, shoot, edit, and publish short-form and long-form video content.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors, and designers when needed.
• Manage end-to-end production of content from ideation to final delivery.

Editing & Design

• Edit videos using tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or After Effects.
• Design posts, banners & thumbnails using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Optimize content for social media algorithms and formats.

Social Media Management

• Post content consistently and manage engagement (reply to comments, messages, stories).
• Track analytics and performance metrics to improve future content.
• Stay updated with platform trends, viral formats, and audience behavior.

Branding & Communication

• Maintain brand tone, visual identity, and messaging across all content.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align campaigns.
• Plan and execute influencer and collaboration content.

Research & Innovation

• Brainstorm fresh ideas and experiment with trending styles, hooks, and storytelling.
• Study market competitors and global best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
