Freelance Account Manager

• Supervise and guide the accounts team in daily accounting operations.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management.
• Ensure accuracy in bookkeeping, entries, and ledgers (Tally / ERP / Zoho).
• Verify vendor bills, staff reimbursements, and ensure timely payments.
• Monitor statutory compliances including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax.
• Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, and financial statements for management review.
• Coordinate with auditors for annual audit and financial closure.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting activities.
• Maintain strong control over petty cash and branch-level accounting.
• Implement process improvements for better accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and audit requirements.
• Handle escalations and mentor the team for skill and performance improvement.

Job Types: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
