Job Description

Analyze financial transactions and account activity to identify unusual or suspicious

patterns.

• Conduct in-depth investigations into potential fraud cases, which may involve

gathering evidence.

• Perform 360 reviews on alerts triggered by threshold violations for various fraud

types (e.g., ATO, PTO, TOA, ID Theft, ATO Scam, First Party Frauds).

• Conduct 360 fraud reviews for customer profiles and detect core banking, payments,

fraud, and account opening red flags.

• Implement solutions to fraud problems across ATOs, P2P Payments, ACH kiting,

check kiting, and wire fraud.

• Investigate whistleblower complaints concerning account hijacking, transactional

frauds, funds transfer returns, checks (RDC, Thea), or ACH transactions.

• Provide real-time decisions on credit card, loan, and Zelle fraud red flags.

• Combine retroactive analysis with current state fraud control assessments to

implement technology and process frameworks.

• Liaise with internal and external counterparts to perform end-to-end alert reviews

(360 review) from fraud alert generation through to SAR filing.

• Analyze data trends and out-of-pattern activities to determine the next course of

action (case closure, reimbursements, or escalation).

• Adjudicate fraud types and apply relevant mitigation steps based on policies and

procedures.
