Job Description

Responsibilities Identify and develop new franchise opportunities while expanding the existing franchise network Provide training, guidance, and consistent support to franchise partners to ensure alignment and operational success Respond to franchisee queries, concerns, and challenges in a timely and professional manner Ensure effective coordination and communication between franchisees, headquarters, and other key stakeholders Monitor franchisee performance, analyse business data, and implement strategies for improvement and growth Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees by understanding their needs and offering proactive solutions Skills Strategic thinking and business development acumen Strong leadership and multi-location team management Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Financial understanding and performance analysis Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities Experience 5+ years of proven experience in the Furniture Franchisee Industry Mail careers@wriver.in
