Franchisee expansion manager

As the Franchisee Expansion Manager at Vasundhra Raj Luxury Jewellery, your role will involve strategic growth and expansion of the franchise network. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new franchisee partners, conducting market research, overseeing franchisee onboarding, managing relationships, and tracking performance. Key Responsibilities: - Franchise Development: - Identify and recruit qualified franchisees for brand expansion. - Assess financial background, business experience, and alignment with brand values. - Present the vision of Vasundhra Raj Luxury to potential franchisees. - Guide prospects through the application and approval process. - Negotiate franchise agreements and finalize contracts. - Market Research and Expansion: - Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities. - Analyze market conditions, customer demographics, and competition. - Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and promote opportunities. - Franchisee Onboarding: - Oversee onboarding process, providing guidance on brand standards. - Coordinate training programs for new franchisees. - Relationship Management: - Establish strong relationships with franchisees. - Act as the main contact, providing support and resolving issues. - Monitor franchisee performance and ensure alignment with brand standards. - Reporting and Performance Tracking: - Maintain records of franchise leads, conversions, and agreements. - Provide updates on expansion progress and franchisee performance to senior management.
