As a Franchisee Expansion Manager at Vasundhra Raj Luxury Jewellery, your primary responsibility will be to strategically grow and expand the franchise network of our luxury brand. Key Responsibilities: - Franchise Development: - Identify and recruit qualified, experienced franchisees to expand the Vasundhra Raj Luxury brand into new territories. - Conduct comprehensive assessments of prospective franchisees' financial background, business experience, and alignment with brand values. - Guide prospects through the application and approval process, ensuring they meet the brand's high standards and legal requirements. - Negotiate franchise agreements and oversee the finalization of contracts. - Market Research and Expansion: - Conduct detailed market analysis to identify new opportunities for franchise growth. - Analyze market conditions, customer demographics, competition, and emerging trends to recommend optimal locations for expansion. - Work with the marketing team to generate targeted leads and promote franchise opportunities. - Franchisee Onboarding: - Oversee the onboarding process of new franchisees, providing guidance on brand standards, operations, and expectations. - Coordinate training programs to ensure new franchisees are equipped with the tools and knowledge for a successful launch. - Relationship Management: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with franchisees to ensure operational success. - Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees, providing ongoing support and resolving any issues. - Monitor franchisee performance and ensure alignment with brand values and operational standards. - Reporting and Performance Tracking: - Maintain accurate records of franchise leads, conversions, and agreements. - Provide regular updates and reports on expansion progress, market conditions, and franchisee performance to senior management.
