Key Responsibilities:

• Promote salon services (e.g., hair care, skincare, spa treatments) to walk-in and call-in customers.
• Upsell salon memberships, packages, and beauty products (e.g., shampoos, conditioners, skin care lines).
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.

Client Interaction:

• Greet and consult with clients to understand their beauty needs.
• Suggest treatments or products based on customer preferences and hair/skin conditions.
• Follow up with clients after appointments for feedback and future bookings.

Appointment Management:

• Schedule and manage client appointments using the salon's booking system.
• Remind clients of upcoming appointments via calls, messages, or email.
• Help manage client wait times and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Maintain accurate client records (preferences, service history).
• Build long-term relationships with repeat customers.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay updated on all Lotus Salon services and retail products.
• Train with new product lines and techniques introduced in the salon.
• Educate customers about the benefits and usage of salon products.

Reporting & Coordination:

• Report daily sales and appointment bookings to the salon manager.
• Collaborate with the front desk, stylists, and management for smooth operations.

• Basic computer and POS system knowledge
• Familiarity with beauty and wellness industry trends
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
