Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Upselling: Promote salon services (e.g., hair care, skincare, spa treatments) to walk-in and call-in customers. Upsell salon memberships, packages, and beauty products (e.g., shampoos, conditioners, skin care lines). Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management. 2. Client Interaction: Greet and consult with clients to understand their beauty needs. Suggest treatments or products based on customer preferences and hair/skin conditions. Follow up with clients after appointments for feedback and future bookings. 3. Appointment Management: Schedule and manage client appointments using the salon's booking system. Remind clients of upcoming appointments via calls, messages, or email. Help manage client wait times and ensure a smooth customer experience. 4. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate client records (preferences, service history). Build long-term relationships with repeat customers. Handle customer queries and resolve complaints in a professional manner. 5. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all Lotus Salon services and retail products. Train with new product lines and techniques introduced in the salon. Educate customers about the benefits and usage of salon products. 6. Reporting & Coordination: Report daily sales and appointment bookings to the salon manager. Collaborate with the front desk, stylists, and management for smooth operations.
