Franchise Sales Interns

qualified investor leads

Key Responsibilities

Contact potential investors from company-provided leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Explain the City Mart franchise model (investment, ROI, support, and store formats).
Schedule and coordinate meetings between investors and the franchise team.
Maintain a record of all conversations and follow-ups in Excel / CRM.
Assist in preparing franchise proposals, presentations, and agreements.
Meet weekly/monthly lead-conversion and meeting targets.
Support franchise events, expos, and webinars when required.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication.
Basic understanding of sales / business development.
Confident and persuasive approach when dealing with investors.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn about franchising and retail.

Education

Bachelors degree (pursuing or completed) in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
