Franchise Sales Executive

Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience in selling franchises or high-ticket offerings Join us in expanding The Flying Pizzaboy, a fast-growing F&B chain, across India through franchising! Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads interested in taking up a food franchise (10-20 lakh investment range). Conduct pitch calls or meetings to explain franchise model, ROI, and benefits. Coordinate with our internal team to close deals and onboard franchisees. Maintain CRM and regular updates on leads. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in franchise sales / business development. Strong network of potential investors or entrepreneurs. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Prior experience in F&B or retail franchise preferred. Compensation: Attractive commission per closed deal (30,000-1,00,000 per sale). Incentives for over-achieving monthly targets. Training, sales material & full brand support provided.
