Job Description

Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, online research, and attending franchise expos or industry events.
Conduct meetings and presentations to potential franchisees, effectively communicating the brand value proposition and business model.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, lead nurturing, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure.
Collaborate with the legal, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new franchisees.
Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activity using CRM software.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
Provide regular reports on pipeline activity and performance metrics to management.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of proven experience in franchise sales, business development, or B2B sales (franchise experience preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of the franchise business model.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of achieving sales goals.
Willingness to travel as required.
