Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience in selling franchises or high-ticket offerings?

🔸 Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads interested in taking up a food franchise (₹10–₹20 lakh investment range)

• Conduct pitch calls or meetings to explain franchise model, ROI, and benefits

• Coordinate with our internal team to close deals and onboard franchisees

• Maintain CRM and regular updates on leads

🔸 Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in franchise sales / business development

• Strong network of potential investors or entrepreneurs

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills

• Prior experience in F&B or retail franchise preferred

🔸 Compensation:

• Attractive commission per closed deal (₹30,000–₹1,00,000 per sale)

• Incentives for over-achieving monthly targets
