Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Kolkata Area. As a Franchise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential franchise partners, building strong client relationships, and negotiating franchise agreements. Additional duties include conducting market research, developing strategic sales campaigns, providing regular updates on sales performance, and ensuring franchisees receive adequate support and training. You will represent PrepMed’s mission and values in expanding its franchise network across the region.

• Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management specially in B2B Segment
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Ability to conduct Market Research and create effective Marketing Strategies
• Strong Organizational, Planning, and Time Management abilities
• Willingness to travel and work flexibly to meet sales targets
• Bachelor's degree
• Prior experience in franchise sales or B2B sales in education sector is a plus
