Job Description

Adhivaha Private Limited is hiring a Franchise Sales Officer for expansion of its Salon and Bakery franchise businesses.

The candidate will work on company-generated leads and will be responsible for end-to-end franchise sales closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert company-provided franchise leads into sales
• Pitch franchise offerings via calls, meetings, and presentations
• Explain investment structure, ROI, and operational support
• Achieve monthly franchise sales targets
• Coordinate documentation after deal closure

Compensation

• Fixed salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month
• Incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per successful franchise sale
• High performers can earn significantly above fixed pay

Requirements

• Experience in sales, business development, or franchise sales preferred
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to close high-value deals
• Self-driven and result-focused

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
