Responsibilities

As a Telecaller at Adhivaha Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to showcase your Hindi proficiency (spoken), MS-Excel skills, and English proficiency (written) in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales opportunities.
  • Handling inbound calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in MS-Excel.
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Meeting daily and weekly targets to contribute to the overall success of the company.
