Job Description

As a Franchise Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in engaging and converting qualified leads provided by the marketing team for our EdTech franchise model. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting detailed discussions with prospective franchisees to understand their background, goals, and suitability for our brand. - Professionally presenting the franchise opportunity, highlighting our strengths, support systems, and value proposition while addressing any questions or concerns they may have. - Guiding prospects from initial engagement to finalizing the franchise agreement. - Collaborating with internal teams to provide necessary documentation, contracts, and business information, ensuring clear communication of all legal and financial aspects. - Coordinating and delivering comprehensive training programs for new franchisees, covering business operations, policies, and procedures. - Acting as the primary point of contact during onboarding, providing guidance and support to resolve any initial challenges faced by franchisees. - Assisting franchisees in setting up their operations, providing ongoing support, and maintaining operational excellence. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners, acting as a brand ambassador, and organizing networking opportunities to strengthen the franchise community. The ideal candidate for this role should have: - Minimum of 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or franchise sales, preferably in EdTech or related industries. - Strong expertise in managing the sales cycle, exceptional English communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software. - A Bachelor's degree in any stream (MBA in Sales or Marketing is a plus) along with a thorough understanding of sales strategies and franchise models. Previous experience in EdTech B2B is an advantage.
