Job Description

Location: Goregaon Mumbai Regional Office, with regular travel to Pune and Surat. Job Overview As the Franchise Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our franchise partners, ensuring operational excellence, and driving business growth across all locations. This role requires frequent travel to franchise locations for support, training, and performance evaluations. Key Responsibilities Acquiring new Franchises Oversee the complete franchise lifecycle, from on boarding new franchisees to ongoing management and performance optimisation Conduct regular visits to franchise locations to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for franchise owners and their staff Monitor franchise performance metrics and provide strategic guidance to improve business turnover Identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to maximise revenue Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and franchisees Resolve operational issues and address franchisee concerns promptly Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to enhance franchise support Ensure consistent brand experience across all franchise locations Requirements 5+ years of experience in franchise management in related field Proven track record in business development and relationship management Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to travel frequently to various franchise locations Experience in the travel or hospitality industry preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills Proficiency in relevant software and business analytics tools. 5+ years of experience in franchise management in DMC travel packages through B2B Travel agents across Mumbai and to Western Region as a whole.
