Franchise Expansion lead

As the Head of Franchising at Curefoods (EatFit), you will play a crucial role in leading the expansion of our dine-ins and cloud kitchens through franchising. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive franchising strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals. By building and nurturing relationships with franchise partners, you will drive business growth and ensure the delivery of honest food that caters to our customers" preferences and nutritional needs. Your strategic planning skills will be put to use as you conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities for growth within the food industry. By recruiting, onboarding, and supporting franchise partners, you will be instrumental in expanding our footprint and maintaining strong partnerships with existing franchisees. Compliance with company standards and policies will be a key focus area to ensure consistency and quality across all franchise locations. You will be responsible for developing and providing training programs for franchise partners, establishing operational procedures, and monitoring and enhancing the performance of franchisees. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through franchising will be a critical aspect of your role, and you will be involved in negotiating and finalizing franchise agreements with potential partners. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to drive growth and ensure the success of the franchising operations. To excel in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in franchising within the food industry, a strong understanding of food industry trends, and knowledge of franchise laws and regulations.
