Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lucknow for a Franchise Business Manager. The Franchise Business Manager will be responsible for managing franchise sales, developing and executing business plans, overseeing business operations, and ensuring the profitability and growth of franchise units. The role involves maintaining relationships with franchise partners and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Franchise Sales and Franchising
• Proficiency in Business Planning and Business Management
• Experience with P&L Management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and support multiple franchise locations
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
