Franchise Business Development Manager

Position: PCD Business Development Manager
Division: Veterinary Animal / Human General (Herbal)
Location: Ahmedabad / Remote
Qualification: B. Pharma / M. Pharma in Pharmacy, MBA/PGDM in Marketing
Experience: 4–6 years in PCD / Franchise pharma model
Company: Shelter Pharma

Job Description:

1. Identify and onboard new Pharma PCD/Franchise partners across India (area-wise)

3. Explain business model, margin structure, terms & conditions

4. Handle enquiries, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing of first orders

5. Maintain long-term relationships and resolve partner queries

6. Coordinate with internal team for order dispatch, stock updates & promotional material

7. Prepare monthly reports on lead status, conversion, and market coverage

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Must have experience in Pharma PCD / Franchise business development (Ayurvedic)

2. Strong communication and persuasion skills

3. Basic understanding of pharma products ( Veterinary)

4. Should be able to independently generate leads and close them

Added advantage: existing database of PCD distributors

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
