About the Role:

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential markets and conduct feasibility studies for new franchise opportunities.
  • Source, evaluate, and onboard qualified franchise partners aligned with the brands vision.
  • Drive end-to-end FOFO model development — from lead generation and partner evaluation to agreement closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees to ensure smooth pre-launch and post-launch operations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (legal, projects, marketing, operations) to ensure timely store setup and launch.
  • Monitor performance of franchise outlets to ensure compliance with brand standards and revenue targets.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and offer strategic support to franchise partners for growth and profitability.
