Fragrance Specialist

We are seeking a well-groomed, passionate, and knowledgeable Fragrance Specialist to join our team. As the face of our brand, you will assist customers in selecting the perfect attars and perfumes, offer personalized scent consultations, and ensure a luxurious shopping experience. Your expertise in fragrance families, notes, and product storytelling will play a vital role in driving sales and building lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement:
• Greet customers with warmth and professionalism.
• Provide tailored fragrance consultations based on preferences, lifestyle, and personality.
• Educate clients about fragrance ingredients, origins, and benefits.
• Product Knowledge & Demonstration:
• Demonstrate detailed knowledge of the brand’s fragrance range including attars, oils, and perfumes.
• Assist in product testing and explaining scent profiles (top, middle, base notes).
• Stay updated with fragrance trends and seasonal offerings.
• Sales & Promotion:
• Drive sales by recommending products that meet customer needs.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell complementary products (e.g., incense, roll-ons, luxury gift sets).
• Store Presentation:
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and product display.
• Replenish testers and ensure organized presentation of the fragrance bar.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build a loyal customer base through follow-ups and personalized service.
• Maintain customer records for birthdays, preferences, and previous purchases.
• Professional Appearance & Conduct:
• Always appear well-groomed, courteous, and presentable.
• Uphold brand values and luxury standards in customer service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail, cosmetics, or fragrance industry (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for perfumes and understanding of olfactory categories.
• Customer-focused with a proactive sales approach.
• Well-spoken in English and [insert local languages if relevant].
• Physically presentable with a well-groomed appearance.
• Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,846.69 - ₹30,494.82 per month
