Leadership & Communication: Lead by example with a well-groomed, professional appearance that reflects the company’s brand standards. Communicate effectively with employees, management, and customers to ensure smooth store operations. Ensure team members have clear communication regarding store goals, promotions, and expectations. Motivate and inspire the team, providing clear direction and support to help them meet individual and collective goals. Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales events, promotions, and new products. Ensure all promotional materials are well displayed and that in-store promotions are executed correctly.
