The Fragrance Evaluator will be responsible for assessing the quality of raw materials and finished products, developing fragrance profiles, and ensuring consistency in scent production. Daily tasks include odor evaluation, formulation testing, and documenting findings. The Fragrance Evaluator will also work closely with the R&D team to innovate and improve existing products.QualificationsExperience in fragrance evaluation and scent profilingKnowledge of raw materials and their olfactory characteristicsAttention to detail and strong analytical skillsGood communication and documentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsUnderstanding of market trends and consumer preferencesBachelor's degree in Chemistry, Perfumery, or related fieldPrevious experience in the fragrance industry is a plus
