Fragrance Associate

• You ll support and lead the evaluation for all fragrance development projects and ensuring successful technical development of the fragrances and overall consumer products, for the region.
• Ultimately, you ll will support the development of consumer loved fragrances, from ideation, through launch and on to product
• maintenance, helping us in support of our purpose, to protect, heal and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world.

The experience were looking for

• Minimum of Bachelors / Master s degree in a relevant scientific discipline with 9 years + experience in Fragrance development / product development and application in a FMCG environment.

• Experience in being an interface between Reckitt R&D team and core
• suppliers, including leading the briefing/debriefing and evaluation of fragrances to guide the development process.
• Fragrance evaluation experience with above average olfactive acuity
• Strong technical problem-solving skills, with 5+ years of proven Project Management experience within a cross-functional, international and multi-cultural environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle the stakeholders and align on the development activities with specified timeline.
• Experience in consumer understanding and sensory testing methodologies
• Experience in coordinating with R&D team and external vendor management
• Product sensory evaluation and report generation and stability sample assessment.
• Support the exploration of fragrance related technologies within the Innovation community.
