Description
You will be responsible for leading the team in executing all accounting and reporting activities, including standard costing, site cost accounting support, BOT maintenance, month-end close activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, material ledger maintenance, physical inventory count, inventory reserves, and transfer pricing. It is essential to ensure compliance with US GAAP and other statutory reporting requirements. - Provide leadership to the team for executing accounting and reporting activities - Partner with various groups to ensure proper accounting of inventory - Work with accounting management on US GAAP application and company policies - Act as the primary contact for Corporate External Reporting, Audit, External Auditors, and Tax Compliance - Lead ERP and automation implementations related to Cost & Operations Accounting You must possess a Bachelor's degree and have over 12 years of finance or cost and inventory accounting experience. Additionally, you should hold a Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or MBA qualification. Audit or Big 4 Public Accounting experience is preferred.
