Job Description

As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Indirect Costs Specialist and Revenue Reporting Manager, your role will involve supporting the financial planning, analysis, and reporting of indirect costs associated with various support functions within the organization. This includes collaborating with department leaders to develop budgets, monitor expenditures, conduct variance analyses, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts for indirect costs by gathering information from different departments and ensuring alignment with financial objectives. - Analyze indirect cost trends, identify variances, and provide insightful commentary to stakeholders. - Monitor key performance indicators related to indirect costs, identify areas of concern, and implement corrective actions. - Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce indirect costs through automation. - Provide super-user support for financial systems related to cost management, ensuring data accuracy and effective utilization. - Collaborate with departments to understand cost drivers, provide financial support, and optimize indirect cost spending. Additional responsibilities: As the Revenue Manager, you will: - Prepare accurate, timely revenue reports for internal and external stakeholders. - Ensure revenue reporting compliance with company policies and accounting standards. - Analyze revenue trends, identify variances, and implement process improvements for streamlined reporting workflows. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. - MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) preferred. - 7-10 years of experience in FP&A, cost accounting, or financial analysis. - Experience with indirect cost structures, revenue reporting, and Oracle ERP. - Proficiency in advanced Excel, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Skills: - Ability to partner with department heads and explain cost impact clearly. - Effective time management under tight deadlines and managing multiple deliverables.,
