FP&A Analyst

As an FP&A Analyst at Atari, you will play a crucial role in the global finance team, collaborating with colleagues in the United States, France, and India. With over 5 years of experience and advanced Excel skills, you will contribute to financial planning, forecasting, and analysis efforts. Your ability to communicate financial insights clearly and work closely with stakeholders worldwide will be essential in this role. Your key responsibilities will include preparing and managing financial forecasts, developing KPI dashboards to track business performance, collaborating with business units to align forecasts with organizational goals, managing change request processes, and optimizing resource allocation through cash flow forecasts. You will conduct profitability analyses, perform gap analysis, create financial models for scenario planning, and deliver high-quality presentations showcasing analytical insights and recommendations. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, along with proven experience in financial planning and analysis. Your strong analytical mindset, proficiency in Excel for complex modeling, and ability to perform root cause analysis will be crucial. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will enable you to effectively convey financial data to stakeholders and build strong relationships with business units. Preferred qualifications such as professional certifications (M.B.A - Finance, CA, CFA, CMA, or CPA) and familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI are advantageous.
