Founding Recruiter – Staffing Folks (Indore)

Staffing Folks is expanding, and we’re looking for a Founding Recruiter to join our core team in Indore. This role supports both India and U.S. hiring, offering global exposure and an opportunity to help build a high-performance staffing organization from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruiting for India & U.S. (Direct Hire + Contract roles)

• Source, screen, and submit top-quality candidates

• Build and manage candidate relationships

• Develop sourcing strategies and maintain talent pipelines

• Own submissions, follow-ups, and interview coordination

• Work directly with founders to develop processes & scale the team

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in U.S. staffing and/or Indian recruitment

• Strong knowledge of IT and non-IT roles

• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Job Boards, Boolean, X-ray)

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work the 3 PM – 12 AM IST shift

• Ownership mindset, accountability, and growth-driven attitude

Compensation Details:

• Base Salary: ₹15,000/month

• Incentives: Uncapped (₹50,000 to ₹1,00,000 per successful placement)
