↙ Back to Jobs 6 June 2025 Founding Product Designer Kalaksh Watches 👉 📍 Bangalore, India Monthly Salary Range : INR 75,000 - INR 1,50,000 Product Design Open to all Full Time Onsite Required The Opportunity You’ll work directly with the founder and core team members to define and drive the future of our brand and products. You’ll set the design direction, shape our customer interfaces, and build systems that scale. What You’ll Own Design Direction: Define the visual language and design principles that Kalaksh will scale with. This includes figuring out materials, developing component libraries and product guides. Product Thinking and Design: Work with core team to build product roadmap. Craft intuitive and elegant products. Build on other customer touchpoints like packaging etc. User Research: Talk to customers, build journey maps, test assumptions—bring the user into every decision. Design Ops: Set up workflows, tools, and rituals for a high-functioning design process. Hiring: Help build the future design team as we scale. You Should Apply If You Have experience in fast-paced environments (startups, agencies or product-focused roles). Like autonomy, ownership, and exposure to every major decision. Are fluent in user empathy and business strategy, not just visual polish. Expect a comp of 10–15 LPA, with a path to equity for the right person.
