As a Founding Product Designer at a stealth-mode B2C startup in the dating space located in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in shaping the design vision and user experience of the product. Here's a breakdown of what your role entails: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end user experience design, from research to execution, ensuring a seamless and intuitive flow. Additionally, you will define and implement design systems, UI components, and motion design to enhance engagement. Collaboration with founders, engineers, and product managers will be essential to translate business goals into elegant and user-centric design solutions. Leveraging motion design, you will create dynamic, expressive, and interactive UI elements that bring the brand and product to life. Conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate design decisions will also be part of your responsibilities. Your role will also involve setting the design culture and building a design-first approach within the company as an early team member. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own end-to-end user experience design - Define and implement design systems, UI components, and motion design - Collaborate with founders, engineers, and product managers - Leverage motion design to create dynamic UI elements - Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing - Set the design culture within the company **Qualifications Required:** - 7+ years of experience in B2C product design, with expertise in UX design and either Motion Design or Visual Design - Experience designing for mobile interfaces, preferably in social, gaming, or consumer-heavy organizations - Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite - Hands-on experience with designing mobile-first experiences for iOS/Android - Portfolio showcasing well-crafted UX flows, high-quality UI, and either motion design work or visually rich product interfaces - Understanding of psychology in design, gamification, or social UX patterns - Proactive, ownership-driven mindset and excitement about building something from 0 to 1 This role offers you the opportunity to be a founding team member and shape the design DNA of a high-impact consumer product in the fast-growing dating & relationships space.
