This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 2 years Location: Hyderabad JobType: full-time We are now looking for aFounding Product Designerto be the design voice at the table from day one. You'll work directly with the founders and product team to craft intuitive, beautiful, and user-centric interfaces that solve real problems and delight our users. Requirements What You'll Do: Lead end-to-end product design, from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and polished UI. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape product direction and bring features to life. Translate complex problems and user needs into elegant and functional design solutions. Build and maintain a consistent design system that scales with the product. Validate ideas through user research, usability testing, and data analysis. Set up design processes and best practices that can evolve as the team grows. Contribute to the overall brand, look and feel of the product across all touchpoints. What We're Looking For: 25 years of hands-on experience in product design, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment. Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in user interface (UI) design and solving real user problems through design. Deep understanding of design principles, usability, accessibility, and user-centered design methodologies. Expertise in design tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Ability to quickly create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. Comfortable working in ambiguity and iterating rapidly based on feedback. Excellent communication skillsyou can articulate your design decisions and rationale clearly. Bonus: Experience working with design systems or contributing to early product vision.
