About LH2 Holdings:

LH2Holdings (lh2holdings.com) is an AI Operating System for digital content brands and creators. We are building a multi agent system to help niche digital content brands (web platforms, YouTube channels, apps, podcasts, newsletters, etc.) scale fast and efficiently. In less than a year, we’ve partnered with 25 content brands and helped them scale revenues by 3-10x.

LH2 is being built by second-time founders who have scaled tech platforms with hundreds of millions of users. Our mission is to help small businesses grow by providing them the same infra that’s today accessible to only large brands.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Frontend Developer with strong experience in React.js and Next.js to join our growing engineering team. You’ll work closely with backend engineers and product designers to build, scalable, and visually compelling AI native web applications.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience developing web applications, focused on front-end component development

Technical Skills:

• 2+ years

  of professional frontend development experience with strong proficiency in

  JavaScript

  ,

  TypeScript

  ,

  React.js

  , and

  Next.js

• Hands-on experience with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, or similar)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating with

  FastAPI

  -based backends
• Exposure to MongoDB and PostgreSQL for understanding data flows
• Understanding of performance optimization, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD for mobile and web
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).

How you will lead

• Develop and maintain high-quality, reusable frontend components adhering to best practices and accessibility standards.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and data structures and algorithms, applying this knowledge to design efficient and performant solutions.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and monitoring.
• Possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect user experiences.
• Possess a robust design thinking mindset and an acute eye for detail. Able to critically deconstruct design proposals, ensuring all visual, interaction, and technical aspects meet the highest standards while translating user needs into delightful, scalable frontend solutions.
• Embrace a platform mindset, focusing on building reusable components and libraries that empower other engineering teams.
• Take ownership of features from concept to delivery, including design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
