What you’ll do

• Architect and build the end-to-end IoT platform (Node.js, React, cloud, APIs)
• Design real-time data ingestion pipelines (MQTT / streaming systems)
• Build dashboards, alerts, analytics, and predictive systems
• Own full-stack delivery: coding → testing → deployment → monitoring
• Set up AWS infra, CI/CD, security, and reliability from day one
• Use AI tools aggressively to move faster without sacrificing quality
• Act as technical co-founder: challenge ideas, shape roadmap, hire future team

What we’re looking for

• 5–10+ years of strong hands-on full-stack experience
• Proven 0→1 product or platform building experience
• Solid system design skills and clean coding habits
• Exposure to IoT, real-time data, or hardware-cloud integration is a big plus
• Strong AWS / cloud / DevOps experience
• Comfortable using AI coding tools to boost productivity
• Fast-moving, outcome-focused, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Founder mindset with extreme ownership and business awareness
• Clear communicator who works well in small, intense teams

Location

• Chandigarh Tricity (Zirakpur office) – on-site role
• Relocation support provided if required

Success in first 6–12 months

• MVP live with real sensor data flowing to dashboards
• Backend stress-tested for massive scale
• Alerts, analytics, and prediction features in use by pilot partners
