Founding CEO – Jaipur Arbitration & Mediation Centre

A Jaipur-based Higher Education Institution is establishing Jaipur’s first world-class Arbitration & Mediation Centre, committed to strengthening India’s alternative dispute resolution ecosystem. The Centre aims to provide accessible, efficient, and technology-enabled ADR services to individuals, corporates, institutions, and government bodies. We are seeking a Founding Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead this mission and build the Centre into a credible, nationally recognized dispute resolution platform.

The CEO will be responsible for shaping the Centre’s vision, operational strategy, and institutional partnerships. This includes empaneling arbitrators and mediators, building a strong network with law firms and corporates, integrating Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) systems, and designing professional training and certification programs.

The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Arbitration, Mediation, ADR, or ODR—preferably with exposure to institutional arbitration, academia, government agencies, development organizations, or corporate legal roles. The role demands strategic thinking, strong relationship management, and the ability to build a financially sustainable and future-ready ADR institution.

Salary Range: ₹16–18 LPA.
