Job Overview:

The CEO of the said Arbitration and Mediation Centre will play a crucial role in establishing and managing the centre’s operations, ensuring its growth, credibility, and impact. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:

-      Work towards developing the Centre as a financially viable and profitable entity, ensuring long-term success and stability.

-      Build strategic partnerships with law firms, corporates, government bodies, and international arbitration institutions.

-      Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks related to ADR in India and globally.

-      Identify and empanel qualified arbitrators, mediators and other experts for the said Centre.

-      Design and implement training programs & certifications in ADR for students, practitioners, and professionals.

-      Integrate Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platforms and relevant technologies for digitalization needs of the Centre

Eligibility and Compensation:

- Must have minimum 10 years of experience in Arbitration / Mediation / Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) / Online Dispute Resolution (ODR).

- Salary Range: ₹16–18 LPA
