We are seeking a Founding Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead this mission and build the Centre into a credible, nationally recognized dispute resolution platform. The CEO will be responsible for shaping the Centre’s vision, operational strategy, and institutional partnerships. This includes empaneling arbitrators and mediators, building a strong network with law firms and corporates, integrating Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) systems, and designing professional training and certification programs. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Arbitration, Mediation, ADR, or ODR—preferably with exposure to institutional arbitration, academia, government agencies, development organizations, or corporate legal roles.
