🔧 What You’ll Do

• Architect and scale backend systems powering our AI-driven finance platform
• Build APIs and services using

  Python (FastAPI/Flask)

• Solve complex data integration challenges across financial systems
• Deliver features

  from 0 → 1

  in collaboration with the founders
• Ensure performance, scalability, and audit compliance

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 4–8 years backend software engineering experience
• Strong

  builder/founder mindset

  – ideally ex-founder/CTO or early engineer at a VC-backed startup
• Proficiency in

  Python (FastAPI/Flask)

• Top-tier university background (IITs preferred)

• Clear motivation for a high-impact role
