WHY US

We are building the next generation of AI-powered industrial intelligence: edge-native, fast to deploy, and built for real production. Industrial facilities lose $50B+ annually to unplanned downtime. Legacy systems take 12+ months to deploy. Our platform deploys in weeks at ~10x lower cost.

This is a true founding role. You will design and ship AI on live production data across chemicals, pharma, food processing, paper & pulp, steel, and energy. We already have 5 pilot customers, so you will solve real problems from day one.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Architect and deploy production-grade ML systems for real-time/streaming industrial data

• Build scalable data/feature pipelines and algorithms optimized for edge environments

• Own decisions on architecture, deployment, and performance optimization end-to-end

• Work hands-on with live production environments with a reliability and safety mindset

• Shape the technical direction and engineering practices as a founding engineer

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 6–10 years as a an MLE, SWE, PM, AI Engineer

• Strong programming and system design fundamentals (data structures, distributed systems)

• Experience with edge or resource-constrained deployments (containers, on-prem, gateways)

• Mindset for reliability, observability, fault tolerance, and mission-critical systems

• Bonus: manufacturing/industrial protocols (OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT), MLOps, model optimization, DevOps/SRE, predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, GNNS, digital twins.
