Role Overview:-

We are seeking a smart, driven, and analytical professional to join the Founders Office, working directly with the Co-Founder on high-impact initiatives involving finance, fundraising, strategy, and M&A.

This role offers unmatched exposure to the mobile app ecosystem, fundraising landscape, and strategic growth decisions shaping the companys future.

Key Responsibilities :-

-Build and maintain financial models and projections for multiple business verticals.

- Conduct deep analysis of company financials, metrics, and unit economics.

- Support the Co-Founders in raising funds through equity or debt for future growth. - Identify and evaluate acquisition or merger opportunities aligned with company strategy.

- Build and nurture investor relationships for upcoming funding rounds.

- Stay on top of digital app ecosystem trends and contribute to product-market insights.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 1-2 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Consulting, or as a Chartered Accountant (CA).

- Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring.

- Keen interest in digital products and the global mobile app ecosystem.
