The role involves working closely with the founder to craft compelling content and ad scripts, coordinate seamlessly with creative partners and agencies, analyze campaign data, and manage fast-paced projects under pressure.

What You'll Do:

• Draft compelling content and scripts for Reels, ads, and marketing campaigns tailored to different brand voices.
• Actively coordinate with multiple agencies, creative partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to guide strategy and creative direction.
• Track and analyze ad spend data to ensure campaigns remain cost-effective and impactful.
• Work effectively under high-pressure, fast-paced situations to keep marketing operations running smoothly across finance, real estate, and premium wellness brands.

What We're Looking For:

• A proactive, detail-oriented professional who can perform under tight deadlines and high-pressure scenarios.
• Compulsory proficiency in English (spoken & written).
• Brownie points if you know Hindi for wider team coordination.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, performance metrics, and operational efficiency.
• An understanding of building and managing premium consumer brands in categories like wellness, education, or lifestyle.
• Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and translating data into strategy.
